Parloy returns and complaints
Key information about returns and complaints.
As a rule, the consumer may withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days.
Important exception for cosmetics: Under Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products supplied in sealed packaging which, after opening, cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.
This applies in particular to cosmetics opened after delivery.
Products returned after withdrawal should be sent to: Sara Cosmetics Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Pawła II 12E, unit 1, 05-250 Radzymin, Poland.

Complaints
- A complaint should be sent to sklep@parloy.com.
- The report should include customer details, order number and a description of the problem.
- If possible, it is worth attaching photos of the product or packaging to the report.
- If returning the product is necessary to process the complaint, it should be sent to: Sara Cosmetics Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Pawła II 12E, unit 1, 05-250 Radzymin, Poland.
- Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
- If the complaint is accepted, the customer will receive information on how the claim will be fulfilled.
