- The customer may not provide unlawful content or disrupt the store.
§2. Definitions

- Entrepreneur with consumer rights — a natural person entering into a directly business-related agreement that is not professional in nature for that person.
- Customer — a person placing an order.

§3. Account and electronic services
- Purchases can be made with or without registration. Creating an account is voluntary and free.
- The customer may request deletion of the account at any time, subject to legally required retention of order and accounting records.
- The customer is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.
§4. Orders and conclusion of the agreement
- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Before submitting an order, the customer sees the products, quantities, total gross price, delivery charge, payment and delivery methods.
- The order button is labelled “Place order and pay” or with an equivalent unambiguous message.
- The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email.
- The order confirmation is sent on a durable medium and includes or is accompanied by the Terms and withdrawal form applicable on the order date.
§5. Products, manufacturer and safety
- The manufacturer and responsible person for Parloy products is Sara Cosmetics Sp. z o.o., ul. Patriotów 132A, 04-839 Warsaw, Poland, sklep@parloy.com.
- Each online offer shows the product identifier, method of use and safety information. The batch number, durability/period-after-opening and any additional precautions are shown on the packaging.
- The customer should read the INCI list and must not use a product in case of known sensitivity to any ingredient. Use products only as intended.
§6. Prices and payments
- All retail prices are stated in Polish zloty and are final gross prices including 23% VAT.
- Delivery prices shown to consumers are also gross prices. The full amount is displayed before the order is placed.
- Available payment methods, including online payments through Przelewy24 where enabled, are shown at checkout.
§7. Delivery
- Delivery is available within Poland using the methods shown at checkout, including parcel lockers and couriers.
- Order processing takes 1–2 business days after payment is credited or after order confirmation where prepayment is not required. Carrier transit time must be added.
- The customer should report visible transport damage promptly where possible; this does not limit statutory rights.
§8. Permanent surprise gift in the 3 Steps set
- Every Parloy 3 Steps set permanently includes at least one complimentary surprise cosmetic product with a total retail value of at least PLN 60.
- The Seller selects the surprise products. They are included at no additional charge, cannot be exchanged for cash and do not increase the set price.
- When withdrawing from the entire set agreement, the customer should return the complete set together with the complimentary products. Failure to return them may be taken into account when assessing any reduction in value, to the extent permitted by law.
- Complimentary products are covered by statutory conformity and complaint rights.
§9. Withdrawal
- A consumer may withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, by sending an unambiguous statement to the Seller. The model form is optional.
- The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal statement. The consumer bears the direct return cost.
- The Seller refunds payments, including the cost of the least expensive ordinary delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the original payment method and without fees. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
- The consumer is liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to a product supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal was removed after delivery. This particularly concerns opened cosmetics.
§10. Product conformity and complaints
- The Seller is liable for lack of conformity existing at delivery and revealed within two years.
- The consumer may first request repair or replacement. The Seller may use the alternative method if the chosen method is impossible or would involve excessive costs.
- Repair or replacement is free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
- The consumer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the agreement in the circumstances provided by law, including where conformity has not been restored, the Seller refuses, the lack persists or is sufficiently serious. Withdrawal is not available for an insignificant lack of conformity.
- Complaints may be sent to sklep@parloy.com. Photos may be attached but are not mandatory. The Seller responds within 14 days and bears justified costs of bringing the product into conformity.
§11. Product reviews
- Only a customer whose WooCommerce order contains the reviewed product may submit a review. Verification is automatic using the order email address.
- Reviews may be moderated for unlawful, abusive, spam or unrelated content. They are not edited or rejected because of a negative assessment.
- If an incentive is ever offered for a review, this will be clearly disclosed next to the review.
§12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- A consumer may obtain assistance from a consumer ombudsman or Trade Inspection and may use a permanent consumer arbitration court. Information is available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
- After rejecting a complaint, the Seller will state whether it agrees to an out-of-court procedure. Participation is voluntary unless the Seller separately agrees or the law requires otherwise.
- The former EU ODR platform was discontinued and is not used by the store.
§13. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
§14. Final provisions
- Polish and European Union law applies to matters not regulated herein, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection provided by the law of their habitual residence.
- Changes to the Terms do not affect agreements concluded before their effective date. The version applicable to an order is delivered with its confirmation.
