Procedura reklamacyjna

Jak zgłosić reklamację produktu lub zamówienia w sklepie Parloy.

  1. A complaint should be sent to sklep@parloy.com.
  2. The report should include customer details, order number and a description of the problem.
  3. If possible, it is worth attaching photos of the product or packaging to the report.
  4. If returning the product is necessary to process the complaint, it should be sent to: Sara Cosmetics Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Pawła II 12E, unit 1, 05-250 Radzymin, Poland.
  5. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
  6. If the complaint is accepted, the customer will receive information on how the claim will be fulfilled.
